END OF TENANCY CLEANING CHECKLIST
What is included:
Kitchen
- clean and polish all kitchen cupboards and drawers inside and out
- clean inside and outside of refrigerator and freezer (if defrosted in advance)
- clean inside and outside of microwave
- clean and degrease inside of oven, polish outside and inside doors / clean and polish hob and grill
- clean gas control knobs
- clean and degrease extractor fun
- clean dishwasher and remove limescale
- clean inside and outside of washing machine (including soap dispenser)
- clean exterior of all kitchen appliances – toaster, kettle etc.
- remove grease and mould from wall tiles
- wipe/ wash/ disinfect all countertops, worktops and sink area
- remove limescale and polish sink
- clean windows from inside and wipe down window sills
- clean/wipe all woodwork: doors, door frames, handles, skirting boards
- clean /wipe down all radiators
- clean and disinfect, light switches and wall sockets
- clean and sanitise bins
- vacuum and wash all hard floors
Bedrooms and Living Rooms
- clean doors, door frames
- clean/dust all skirting boards
- clean inside and outside of all cupboards
- clean inside, outside and on top of wardrobes and cupboards
- dust and polish all surfaces
- remove cobwebs
- clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces
- clean and polish all windows internally including window sills
- clean and polish outside of fire place
- wipe down all radiators
- clean and disinfect light switches, sockets
- clean behind and under furniture
- vacuum or mop hard floors
Bathroom and Toilet
- clean and descale bath tub including shower head and tap
- clean descale and polish shower screen
- clean and descale inside and outside of “walk in” shower including shower head
- polish internal and external glass of “walk in” shower
- clean and disinfect toilet and bidet from inside and outside
- clean plumbing behind toilet if reachable
- clean, descale sink and sink tap
- clean and polish all mirrors
- clean and polish stainless still
- clean all cupboards/ shelves
- clean and polish towel rails
- wipe down all radiators
- wipe down extractor fan
- clean/ remove mould
- clean doors and door frames
- clean and disinfect all light switches
- vacuum, mop and sanitise all floor
Entrance Hall, Hallways and Stairs
- clean doors and door frames
- wipe all skirting boards
- clean polish mirrors
- clean all windows internally including window sills
- dust and polish all furniture
- wipe dust from picture frames
- clean behind, inside and on top of cupboards
- wipe down banister, stairway, and railings
- clean and disinfect light switches,
- dust all light fittings, lamp shades
- vacuum and mop all hard floors
