Communal Area Cleaning
Vortex Property Care provides communal area cleaning for property management companies, estate agents and private landlords. We are not just limited to communal area cleaning of Residential Blocks but also carry out cleaning services in the common areas of HMO’s (House in Multiple Occupancy) and all at competitive rates.
We have a fully equipped mobile team who take care of the regular communal area cleaning on a daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. Our uniform cleaners will record their attendance on a sheet displayed in the communal area. Our site inspector will visit regularly to ensure that cleaning is up to standard and record his visit.
